a. Are you a member? Yes (go to b) No (go to f)

b. Is this the first time you have logged into the website? Yes (go to c) No (go to e)

c. Have you created an account? Yes (go to d) No (go to 1.0)

d. You can access the members’ area by changing your password. Click on the forgotten password link and follow the instructions.
